Okay, now... what size
tube (cylinder) do I need?
Selection of the proper
size tube is essential for maximum comfort and best results:
Using a tube which is
too large on the penis is a problem since it will be difficult to get a
good vacuum seal, and/or your testicals may be pulled up into the tube,
which can be very painful. The correct sizing is essential for fit,
comfort and function!
Another problem when pumping
with a cylinder which is too large in diameter (circumference) is that
the enlargement progress will be hampered because the surrounding skin
is also trying to pump.
We recommend that the
customer purchase the tube closest to the circumference for cock and or
balls. Then progressively work-up to the next larger tube/cylinder.
Note: The "circumference"
of a tube/cylinder is the distance around the tube - if you were to use
a measuring tape or piece of string and wrap it into a circle inside the
tube. Thus the cylinder you purchase should be an inside circumference
slightly bigger than the circumference (distance around) your penis.
To accuaretly measure
the circumference of your penis, it must be erect. Then, using a measuring
tape (or with a piece of string which you will then hold the string up
to a ruler for the actual measurement ) around the thickest part of the
penis, figure out the size.
Example: If the measurement
around the penis is 4-1/2" around the thickest part (circumference), then
that equates to a 1-3/4" diameter cylinder.
Another example: 6" circumference
would equate to a 2" diameter cylinder.
Measure

with a standard height of 3" sizing is based on inner width of the
cylinder.
